Meet Our Team

Wade Graskewicz Owner / CEO 

We have a great team that manages the front end of the business so I can do my job and manage the manufacturing and shipping side of the business. However, that’s not to stop me from jumping in and taking an incoming customer service call. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife.

As the owner of Joy Dog Food, I see it’s my responsibility to make sure everything is running smoothly, so I wear many hats here. I oversee our manufacturing and sales each day and make sure everything is running smoothly on the back end of things before I check in with the rest of the team.

Skyler Graskewicz President

I oversee all the accounting, day-to-day office operations, inventory, and exporting. I enjoy working alongside my father and being able to provide personal, and sincere customer service to our customers.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my kids and coaching my sons’ baseball team; I take any chance I can to get my kids involved with our community. 

Laci Lazenby

I handle accounts receivable, freight, inventory and much more of our everyday office operations. As a new employee with Joy, I am looking forward to learning more about my role and expanding my knowledge of the company.

I love dogs and enjoy working with people, so I am excited to grow in my position.

Raelynn Tanner Marketing Director 

I manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department along with customer relations and work side by side with the sales team providing leads for the appropriate areas.

I like being able to work for a small family-owned company, and also getting sent pictures and videos of our kennels’ puppies all day every day – that’s a big bonus, too. I enjoy spending my time outside of work snuggled up on the couch with my dogs, and reading a good book.  

Nick Knappenburger Marketing Assistant 

I help manage our online presence, assist our Marketing Director, and create content; mainly graphic design and video. The thing I like most about working here is the freedom to help shape the company’s brand.

Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my girlfriend and our two cats-Lulu and Freddy- and watching TV and playing video games. 

Josh Michaelis Regional Sales Manager / Online Personality

As a salesman for Joy, I obtain distributors throughout the midwest/western part of the United States then I work for them to obtain dealers in their regions. I also work with the dealers that I have gained and make sure they have volume buyers such as kennels, breeders, events, etc. buying from them so they are selling enough Joy Dog Food.

I am also our Online Personality for the Fueled By Joy Podcast and our events broadcasting for Pro Sport and PKC. I love working for a family-owned company that cares about its employees. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children outside, working with our dogs Con, Angel, and Bogan.

Michael Terry Regional Sales Manager

As a salesman for Joy, I obtain distributors throughout the midwest/eastern part of the United States then I work for them to obtain dealers in their regions. I love working for a company that puts the customer first, and the customer isn’t the owner of the dog (although they do provide excellent customer service) but the dog itself. In my free time, I enjoy being outside on my farm and spending time with my family.

Steven Green

I am the Southeast Sales Representative for Joy Dog Food, I cover the eastern and southern parts of the United States, working with dealers and kennels as well as some distributors. I enjoy working for a company that uses such high-quality ingredients in their products and sources everything from the USA. Joy uses fixed formulas, providing consistency in their products. I take great pride in working for a company that gives back to the sporting dog community, whether it be coonhunts, squirrel hunts, beagle trials, or upland field trials. In my off time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, hunting, and fishing.
